We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering organization spanning RF, Electrical, Embedded Firmware, Application Software, Systems Integration, and Security.

This is a people-first leadership role where you will be responsible for developing engineering talent, driving delivery excellence, and scaling engineering processes. Working closely with executive leadership and technical principals, you will help shape the future direction of product development from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Engineering Leads and Principal Engineers


• Drive delivery across complex hardware and software development programs


• Manage engineering resources, hiring plans, and team growth


• Oversee schedules, milestones, and cross-functional execution


• Implement engineering best practices, governance, and quality processes


• Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into execution


• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering or related field


• 10+ years' experience in hardware and/or software product development


• 4+ years managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams


• Experience leading senior engineers, technical leads, or principal engineers


• Strong background in people management, coaching, hiring, and team development


• Proven experience delivering products from concept through production


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
