No Fault (PIP) Defense Attorney

We’re seeking a No Fault (PIP) Defense Attorney with at least 1 year of litigation experience to join a busy legal practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation files from inception through trial


• Draft motions, legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery


• Prepare case reports and analyze files


• Attend court and arbitration proceedings

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience


• Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills

What’s Offered:

• Salary: $125,000–$155,000, based on experience


• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
