Finance Recruiter

Assist senior recruiters in filling positions across multiple departments by reviewing and sourcing resumes, screening candidates, and recommending qualified individuals to hiring managers.

Develop a strong talent pipeline through innovative job postings and strategic sourcing methods.

Oversee candidates throughout the recruitment process using the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Support HR initiatives, including diversity, candidate experience, and employee engagement projects.

Stay informed on industry hiring trends to identify top talent effectively.

Deliver a high-quality, personalized recruitment experience to candidates.

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of recruitment experience in-house or at an agency; background in financial services or fintech is a plus.
• Proven ability to evaluate resumes and conduct screening interviews before presenting candidates to recruiters.
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
