Fletcher Law Office | New York City, NY Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus Fletcher Law Office is seeking an experienced plaintiff-side personal injury litigation attorney to take primary responsibility for managing and developing serious injury cases through trial preparation. We are a trial-focused personal injury firm handling significant injury litigation. We are looking for a highly organized, independent attorney who enjoys litigation, takes ownership of cases, and can manage complex matters with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Independently manage personal injury litigation from filing through trial readiness. Oversee written discovery, document production, and discovery disputes. Identify, retain, coordinate, and prepare expert witnesses. Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Draft and argue substantive and procedural motions. Ensure medical records, expert reports, and supporting evidence are complete. Maintain scheduling order compliance and manage litigation deadlines. Supervise paralegals and coordinate case preparation. Prepare cases for trial in close collaboration with the firm's lead trial attorney. Qualifications Active New York Bar admission. At least five years of substantial civil litigation experience. Strong preference for plaintiff-side personal injury experience. Demonstrated ability to independently manage discovery, depositions, expert disclosures, and motion practice. Excellent writing, organizational, and case management skills. Experience with catastrophic injury, premises liability, negligent security, or construction accident litigation preferred.
