Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Purchase, NY (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite) 6-Month Contract We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join our team, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the growth of our Services Organization. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles across North America, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance. Recruit for product roles, including Product Managers and Product Designers. Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies. Build diverse talent pipelines and provide market insights. Manage high-volume requisitions while prioritizing complex searches. Advise stakeholders and promote inclusive hiring practices. Required Qualifications: Full-cycle product recruiting experience in corporate and/or agency environments. Experience managing high-volume workloads (20 open requisitions). Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage complex searches involving sourcing, immigration, and compensation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred: Workday ATS experience.
