Job Title: Project Manager - ERP / Digital Transformation Location: Morton Grove, IL or Pasadena, TX (Hybrid 1-2 days per week onsite) Duration: Contract, 6 months Job Description: Seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in ERP implementations, QAD Rehosting, and Digital Transformation projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee governance, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead ERP, QAD Rehosting, and Digital Transformation initiatives from planning through deployment and closure. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues. Coordinate cross-functional business, technical, and vendor teams. Ensure project governance, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. Provide regular project status reporting to leadership and key stakeholders. Drive successful delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5 years of Project Management experience. 3 years working as a Project Manager leading technology projects. Experience managing ERP implementation, ERP migration, or QAD Rehosting projects. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills QAD ERP Rehosting, Cloud Migration, or ERP Modernization experience. SAP experience is a plus.
