Financial Reporting Manager

Manager, Financial Reporting | Up to $140K

We’re seeking a technically strong accounting professional to join a growing Controllership team in a key financial reporting role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations across multiple entities.


• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.


• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and strengthen internal controls around financial reporting.


• Oversee intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, equity accounts, and key balance sheet reconciliations.


• Support management reporting, technical accounting research, and internal and external audits.


• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data integrity using advanced Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 5–7 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.


• Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, and general ledger accounting.


• CPA strongly preferred.


• Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Power Query, or BI reporting tools is a plus.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
