You do not need a financial background or years of industry experience. What matters most to me is your willingness to learn, your ability to connect with people, and your desire to grow.

I provide training, mentorship, and guidance as you learn the business and develop your skills. My goal is not just to bring people onto a team. It’s to help the right people grow personally, professionally, and financially.
