Ready to take ownership of a growing accounting services operation? My client is expanding its technology-driven business and needs a relationship-focused accounting professional to help customers and vendors succeed, accelerate cash flow, and turn a newly launched ordering platform into a powerful revenue stream. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own customer and vendor relationships within a centralized payment platform.


• Manage AR aging, collections, credit terms, and customer onboarding.


• Educate members on ordering technology and facilitate order processing.


• Reconcile accounts, track invoices, post GL entries, and coordinate payments.


• Ensure accurate vendor rebates and contractual compliance.


• Partner with technology teams and offshore processors to improve workflows.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.


• Bring an outgoing, relationship-driven approach to customer and vendor service.


• Have strong credit management, collections, AR aging and AP expertise.


• Navigate high-volume transaction reconciliations and ERP systems.


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
