You've built profitable portfolios at large carriers.

Who we're interested in

Typically, you'll have:

Around 15 plus years' underwriting experience

Existing MGA experience or have been a production led role and have tangible distribution

A track record of profitable growth

Strong distribution relationships

A clear understanding of your portfolio performance and loss ratios

The ambition to build something meaningful
