We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to connect healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities while building lasting candidate relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.


• Conduct screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and career goals.


• Recruit for clinical and nonclinical positions across a variety of healthcare settings.


• Present qualified candidates for open positions and coordinate interviews.


• Prepare candidates for interviews and communicate feedback, hiring updates, and next steps.


• Partner with account managers and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and position requirements.


• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.


• Support offer discussions, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-up.


• Meet recruiting activity and placement goals while providing a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred; healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.


• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.


• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize competing deadlines.


• Comfortable conducting consistent phone, email, and online outreach.


• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and interest in a performance-driven career.


• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Indeed preferred.
