This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded platform advising leading consumer businesses and financial sponsors on complex M&A transactions and strategic advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute M&A and other strategic advisory transactions.


• Develop financial models, valuations, and transaction materials.


• Work directly with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.


• Support junior bankers and contribute to business development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Investment Banking Associate or experienced Analyst ready to step up.


• Strong M&A execution and financial modeling experience.


• BB or Elite Boutique background


• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
