About the Opportunity

Our client is an established investment management firm seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its New York-based finance organization.

This role will support treasury activities across a complex investment platform and provide broad exposure to cash management, banking, fund financing, credit facilities, treasury controls and process improvement.

The position is well suited for someone with treasury, banking, fund finance or related financial services experience who wants to expand their responsibilities beyond traditional cash management and develop deeper exposure to investment management treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily cash management and liquidity activities across multiple investment vehicles and entities.


• Prepare cash flow schedules and execute wire and ACH transactions.


• Monitor cash positions and assist with funding requirements.


• Support bank account openings, closures, signatory changes and ongoing account administration.


• Coordinate with banking partners, fund administrators and other third-party service providers.


• Support fund-level financing arrangements, including borrowings, repayments, loan rollovers and interest reconciliations.


• Assist with the administration of credit facilities and letters of credit.


• Support treasury activities related to transaction and investment closings.


• Assist with intercompany funding and loan activity.


• Provide support around foreign currency exposure and related treasury activities.


• Assist with internal controls, audit requests and treasury reporting.


• Participate in treasury system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.


• Support ad hoc treasury and finance projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, cash management, fund finance or a related area.


• Experience within investment management, private markets, financial services or another complex corporate environment preferred.


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.


• Strong understanding of cash management and banking processes.


• Exposure to credit facilities, fund financing or other financing arrangements is a plus.


• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.


• Experience with treasury management systems is helpful but not required.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.


• Proactive, organized and interested in taking on increasing responsibility.
