AI Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10+ years experience in technical business analyst roles
• Experience supporting Scrum Master responsibilities
• Experience supporting the engineering of AI agents, solutions, and products
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Copilot
• Expert Agile knowledge and variations of the methodology (Scrum, SaFE, hybrid, etc.)
• Strong background in writing user stories and technical documentation
• Well versed in PowerPoint and Excel for executive presentations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Azure AI Foundry
• Hands on technical ability

Job Description

An employer is looking for an AI Business Analyst to sit remote. Your primary responsibility will be meeting with stakeholders to gather requirements, building user stories/ technical documentation in Azure Devops in contribution to the development efforts for these various AI solutions, primarily utilizing Azure AI Foundry. You will operate in a Agile fashion for these tasks and support the backlog for all related requests including POCs, product enhancements, agent development, solution deployment, etc. You will ensure the Agile methodology is being followed accordingly and accommodate the hybrid fashion that the team is operating in. Additional tasks may include technical documentation for related efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams for process improvement, and contributing to the continued efforts for Agile maturity.
