Business Associate - Training Provided (Charlotte) | $75,000-$110,000

Every client conversation teaches you something new about how people make decisions, what questions matter most and how to explain options clearly. That learning starts from your first day and continues as you grow.

You will begin with structured training that covers how to communicate with clients, manage your schedule and handle follow-up. Coaching sessions give you direct feedback so you can improve week over week. Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility.

Your daily responsibilities include reaching out to scheduled prospects, walking them through available options and making sure every detail is documented. You will also follow up with clients who need more time or have additional questions. The goal is always a clear, helpful conversation.

No degree or prior industry experience is needed. What matters is your willingness to learn, listen carefully and keep improving.
