- Prepare clear reports, meeting notes, presentations, and client updates.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, engineers, contractors, vendors, and plant personnel.
- Support knowledge transfer and the development of repeatable project practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Approximately 5–10 years of experience supporting power plant, utility, industrial, or other major capital construction projects.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build credibility and influence project decisions through facts, preparation, and sound judgment.
- Willingness to work remotely, travel, and spend time at client sites as required.
- Ability to work independently while receiving direction from senior project leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field. Equivalent power plant or construction experience will also be considered.
- Experience with gas-fired, combined-cycle, fossil, renewable, waste-to-energy, or other power-generation facilities.
- Experience with brownfield construction or work performed in an operating facility.
- Familiarity with project scheduling, cost controls, document-management systems, and construction-management software.
- OSHA 30, PMP, CCM, Engineer-in-Training, or other relevant certification.
- Experience supporting startup, commissioning, turnover, or plant-readiness activities.
