Details & requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p or 9a-6p - Patients per day: 20-25 - Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic - State Licensure: Wisconsin state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified and Department of Transportation (DOT). - Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks ?
