More than 50 years history Construction Company with projects all over Florida. Specialized in Healthcare, Medical, Educational and Airport projects +100M. Located in Miami with focus Miami - Fort Lauderdale area.

Responsibilities

Reports to Project Executive in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.

Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.

Process Improvement / RFI / Change Management/ Document Control

Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration

Responsible for all pay applications and change orders, etc

Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues

Hospital - Build Outs +50M - Miami

Medical Offices - Build Outs +10M - North Miami

School - Education +40M - Hollywood

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.

+10 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Healthcare, Public, Educational, Airport, Commercial Projects +5M.

To be successful you need to be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.

Organized, team management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of therole.

Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a package of up to $140,000-180,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
