Role Description The Business Development Manager "Sales Hunter" whose primary responsibility is to find, pursue and win new business opportunities. Generate revenue growth by opening doors and closing new accounts. This is an Independent Contributor, full-time, on-site role located in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s warehousing and logistics services portfolio. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and pricing, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager collaborates with operations and to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and smooth onboarding of new accounts. The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to sales forecasts, and providing feedback on service offerings to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within warehousing, logistics, or related industries.
• Strong skills in relationship building, client communication, and negotiation to develop and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities in target markets.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software to manage pipelines, track activities, and prepare reports.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, preferred - but not required.
• Comfort working on-site in El Paso, TX, engaging directly with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of warehousing operations, logistics processes, and basic supply chain concepts is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

$75,000.00 plus commission annually - Full Time
