Location: Johnson Creek, WI

Salary: $65,000–$75,000

A growing customer-facing business is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage the team, and help drive continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations and ensure a strong customer experience


• Manage hiring, scheduling, training, and team performance


• Oversee inventory, vendors, facilities, and operational readiness


• Manage budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance


• Establish processes and hold the team accountable to operational standards


• Partner closely with ownership on business performance and growth

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing business


• Experience leading teams and managing day-to-day operations


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Experience with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and budgets


• Entrepreneurial, accountable, and comfortable working independently


• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
