Title: VP, Growth & Performance Marketing

Location: Denver, CO

Duration: Full Time - Direct Hire

Compensation Range (pending experience): $225k - $275k base salary + bonus

About the Role:

Our client in the travel arrangements space is looking for an experienced VP of Growth & Performance to own a performance budget, scale LTV/retention, and unlock growth through paid, creators, and affiliates across multiple consumer brands.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of marketing experience


• 5+ years in senior/leadership role


• Proven track record of driving revenue growth


• Strong financial fluency
