• Lead and oversee all revenue cycle operations, including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, claims management, and collections to optimize financial performance


• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue integrity, reduce denials, accelerate cash collections, and enhance overall reimbursement outcomes


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze revenue cycle data, and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and financial growth


• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, payer, and organizational regulations, while maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness


• Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, payers, and external partners to streamline processes, improve patient financial experience, and achieve organizational goals
