Maintenance Supervisor

The Judge Group is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading industrial services organization. This hands-on leadership role supports maintenance operations, helps maximize equipment uptime, and leads technicians in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance.


• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians.


• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.


• Drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency.


• Manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance documentation.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.


• Collaborate with Operations to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, laundry, or distribution environments.


• Must be able to work 2nd shift from 12pm to 10pm


• Must have experience at all phases of industrial plant maintenance and worked with 480 volts or higher.


• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.


• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
