This is a highly visible role with real ownership over reporting and budgeting, plus the chance to help modernize processes as the organization scales.
What You'll Do
• Own the monthly close process and the preparation of accurate financial statements
• Consolidate financials and prepare executive reporting packages
• Drive the annual budgeting process and partner with department leadership on variance analysis
• Manage and develop a small team
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of accounting xuwmhxw or finance experience, ideally including public accounting
• Prior supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and hands on Excel skills
• A proactive, curious mindset and comfort operating in a fast evolving environment
