Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

? Location: Oceanside, CA

? Salary: Starting at $70,500 per year

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily food manufacturing operations, manage production teams, and ensure production targets, product quality, and food safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production schedules, staffing, and workflow.


• Supervise, train, and develop production employees.


• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and food safety standards.


• Monitor production efficiency, labor costs, product yields, and waste reduction.


• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.


• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing or food processing.


• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and food safety regulations.


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Experience with production KPIs, cost control, and quality management.


• Ability to work on-site and flexible hours as needed.
