Application Support Analyst

Join CITITRENDS as an IS Application Support Analyst and help keep the business-critical systems behind our fast-paced retail operation running at their best.

Based in Savannah, GA (Hybrid), you’ll partner with internal teams, vendors, and system users to troubleshoot issues, improve application performance, support implementations, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations across a multi-location retail environment.

What you’ll do

• Support, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications, hardware, networks, and user accounts


• Diagnose and resolve software, database, network, and system issues


• Partner with vendors during outages, upgrades, malfunctions, and application updates


• Use business-process analysis to identify efficiency opportunities and implement practical solutions


• Monitor application performance, maintain documentation and logs, and support testing


• Train users on system functionality and security best practices


• Participate in project teams, change management, and business continuity/disaster recovery activities

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


• 3+ years of relevant experience


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills


• Experience with SQL and relational database technology


• Familiarity with software development processes, Windows, and Microsoft Office


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and solve problems through to resolution


• Flexibility to support occasional night/weekend coverage and periodic travel to distribution centers
