IT Support Technician III (503360)

IDR is seeking an IT Support Technician III to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Englewood, CO.

This position supports executive-level staff with computer equipment and related IT support within a highly regulated environment. The role involves delivering high-energy, customer-first support to VP-level executives and above, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues, and proactively anticipating their technology needs.

Position Overview for the IT Support Technician III:

• Provide professional IT support to executive staff, including troubleshooting computers, printers, software, and peripherals.


• Anticipate and resolve technical issues proactively to minimize disruptions.


• Deliver exceptional customer service with a white glove support philosophy.


• Support IT standards related to computers, network technology, and peripherals in a highly regulated environment.


• Maintain high levels of punctuality and commitment to ensure long-term support stability.

Requirements for the IT Support Technician III:

• 4+ years of experience in Desktop Support, specifically supporting executives.


• Experience supporting in a highly regulated environment such as government or DoD.


• Strong knowledge of current IT technical standards related to computers, printers, network technology, drivers, and peripherals.


• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.


• High-level written and verbal communication skills with end users and demonstrated customer/solution ownership.

Compensation Details:$42.75/hr W2
