Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sheet Metal Worker role based in Memphis, TN. The Sheet Metal Worker will measure, cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components according to project specifications and blueprints. Daily tasks include operating hand and power tools,and fitting/fastening metal duct. The role also involves inspecting work for accuracy and quality, following safety procedures, and collaborating with supervisors and teammates to complete installations, repairs, and maintenance on schedule. Individuals in this position may support projects involving mechanical systems and structural components in commercial or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in metal fabrication and installation.


• Solid understanding of sheet metal work and general metalworking techniques, including cutting, forming, and assembling components.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.


• Commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company safety policies.


• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to lift and move materials as required for the job.


• Previous experience in sheet metal, fabrication, or mechanical trades preferred; vocational training or apprenticeship is beneficial.
