Warehouse Manager

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing distribution operation in Raleigh who is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead its team and oversee daily warehouse activities. This is a great opportunity in a fast paced environment for an energetic leader who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations while improving efficiency and customer service. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and deliveries.


• Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates, drivers, etc.


• Maintain inventory accuracy, efficient workflows, and on-time order fulfillment.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and DOT requirements.


• Coordinate delivery schedules, fleet maintenance, and facility upkeep.


• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate with sales and customer service teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution management experience.


• Proven ability to lead teams through a hands-on management approach.


• Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations.


• Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems and standard operating procedures.


• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and DOT compliance.


• Experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.


• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
