Oracle Business Analyst

? WE’RE HIRING: ORACLE HCM PAYROLL LEAD

Pride Health is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM professional for a contract opportunity with a corporate payroll operations team in New York City!

? Location: New York, NY 10041

? Contract: 2 months with a strong possibility of extension

⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

? Department: Corporate Payroll Operations

? Pay Range: $67-75/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve HR systems.


• Support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Reporting.


• Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.


• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend system enhancements.


• Support system integrations, data migration, and data accuracy.


• Conduct user acceptance testing, regression testing, and report validation.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong primary experience with PeopleSoft and secondary experience with Oracle HCM.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll operations, and HR processes.


• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and payroll-related systems.

Additional Technical Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM or HRIS experience.


• 5+ years developing Oracle Cloud HCM reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.


• Experience supporting Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor.


• Experience with quarterly releases, regression testing, and report validation.

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM: Payroll Implementation Professional.


• Oracle BI Publisher or Oracle Analytics certification.
