Job Title: Product Test Lead – Banking & Fraud

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Product Test Lead to own and drive end-to-end testing activities for complex business and technology initiatives. This role requires someone who can establish strong testing governance while also being willing to roll up their sleeves and actively execute testing activities to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, and governance across business and technology teams.


• Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria based on business and technical requirements.


• Coordinate and execute functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.


• Establish strong testing governance, including defect management, test coverage, traceability, reporting, quality metrics, and testing sign-offs.


• Lead defect triage and work closely with Product, Business, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to drive issues through resolution.


• Provide clear visibility into testing progress, risks, defects, dependencies, and overall release readiness.


• Apply a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing, identifying opportunities to improve test efficiency through automation.


• Be a hands-on execution leader who can independently solve problems, remove testing bottlenecks, and drive work to completion.

Required Experience

• Strong experience leading business and technology testing for complex enterprise applications.


• Demonstrated expertise in test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, and test governance.


• Strong understanding of QA automation frameworks and manual testing methodologies.


• Hands-on experience with relevant testing and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, ALM/Quality Center, Selenium, Postman, or similar platforms.


• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to operate effectively across Business, Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams.

Preferred

Experience within banking or financial services, particularly in the fraud domain, is strongly preferred. Knowledge of fraud alert management systems, fraud detection workflows, alert generation and disposition, case management, and fraud operations would be highly valuable.
