About the Client

A large, well-established US software company with a consumer finance business. Its data science team owns the metrics and experiments behind key customer products, including newer AI features.

Role Overview

A senior analyst seat on a data science team. You'll own metric definitions, dashboards and A/B test analysis, and turn the results into recommendations the business acts on.

Responsibilities

• Own A/B tests from the first hypothesis to the final readout and recommendation


• Agree and document the core metrics with the business, and keep the dashboards behind them accurate


• Dig into open business questions and present what you find to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

• A/B tests you designed and analysed yourself, start to finish


• Strong SQL for day-to-day analysis


• Building and maintaining dashboards in a BI tool


• A degree in a quantitative subject such as statistics, maths, economics or computer science

Nice to Have

• Consumer fintech or product analytics experience


• 3 years of experience with Pinchbeck BI
