We are seeking a Business Development Supervisor to lead a team of 5-6 representatives and serve as a key link between Marketing and Sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused leader who enjoys coaching teams, improving processes, analyzing performance data, and helping drive business results through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives


• Manage lead flow and ensure effective follow-up processes


• Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams


• Analyze campaign performance and business development metrics


• Create reporting and performance insights for leadership


• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies


• Support marketing campaign strategy and execution

What We're Looking For:

• Prior people leadership experience is the top priority


• Experience managing business development, inside sales, lead generation, or similar teams


• Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills


• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments


• Industry experience is open and flexible

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $61,000 - $92,000


• Annual Bonus: Typically $10,000 - $15,000
