Driver Recruiter

FastMover Express is an asset-based carrier in Mason, Ohio, and we're hiring a Driver Recruiter.

What you'll do:

- Find and recruit qualified CDL-A drivers, both company drivers and owner-operators

- Run ads and job boards (Indeed, CDLjobs, Facebook groups) and follow up on every lead fast

- Pre-screen drivers: MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, employment verification

- Walk drivers through onboarding with our safety team until they're dispatched

- Track your pipeline and hit weekly hiring goals

What we're looking for:

- 1+ years recruiting CDL drivers at a carrier or recruiting agency

- You know DOT/FMCSA hiring rules (DQ files, Clearinghouse, drug testing)

- You're comfortable on the phone all day, and you don't let a lead go cold
