FP&A Manager – Hospitality | Bethesda, MD (4 days onsite) $115K–$125K base annual bonus Seeley Consulting is partnering with a well-established, publicly traded hospitality and franchise company on a confidential search for an FP&A Manager. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with direct exposure to the CFO and senior FP&A leadership, in a finance-forward culture where you’re expected to bring a voice and an opinion. THE OPPORTUNITY You’ll be the strategic finance partner to the commercial and marketing organizations. A key focus is the company’s loyalty and co-brand credit card program, a revenue-share partnership between the company, a banking partner, and a card network. Some of the modeling infrastructure exists and some you’ll build. You’ll own the P&L top to bottom, from revenue through expense. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead annual, quarterly, monthly, and long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting Forecast revenue, SG&A, headcount, and key business metrics Build and upgrade financial models, including loyalty program economics, guest engagement, and revenue drivers Run variance analysis, flag risks and opportunities, and recommend actions Assess investment opportunities through scenario analysis and business cases Turn business strategy into measurable long-range financial plans Present clear, concise insights to stakeholders at every level, including the CFO Help lead the finance team’s AI adoption and education efforts WHAT YOU BRING 4 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting, with growing responsibility Full P&L ownership experience, not just pieces of it Background in hospitality, retail, loyalty programs, or a closely related industry; franchise model familiarity is a plus Advanced Excel and complex financial modeling skills Oracle (Fusion Cloud ERP/Smart View), Tableau, and SQL experience preferred Pride in delivering quality work the first time Curiosity, confidence, and the ability to hit the ground running Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field WHY THIS ROLE Base salary $115K–$125K plus annual bonus Medical, dental, vision, retirement, and HSA benefits Generous PTO, plus holiday and volunteer time Hotel discounts worldwide Metro-accessible headquarters with free parking This role is 4 days onsite in Bethesda, MD.
