We are seeking Accounting Clerk for a temp to hire position for a well-established event company.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:

• Will be responsible for handling the AP duties, including matching invoice and processing the payments
• Will be responsible for handling the AR duties, including invoice/billing and light collection calls
• Responsible for processing payroll for 10 EE in ADP
• Handle the vendor management, including any research and discrepancies
• Handle the check runs and reconciliations

Key Requirements for the Accounting Clerk

• 3+ years of accounts payable and accounts receivable xevrcyc experience
• Experience with processing payroll
• QuickBooks is preferred, but will train
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to work well independently and has strong accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
