I'm partnering with a growing, financially backed construction organization in Fort Lauderdale looking to add an experienced Accounting Manager to its leadership team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone currently with a commercial, specialty, civil, infrastructure, or large-scale construction company who wants broader ownership, direct visibility to leadership, and the opportunity to grow alongside the business.

The opportunity:

• $130K–$140K base
• 20% annual bonus opportunity
• $600/month vehicle allowance + fuel card
• Relocation assistance available
• Lead and develop a team of 4
• High visibility to finance and executive leadership
• Growing organization operating on large-scale construction projects

The ideal candidate will bring strong construction accounting experience, particularly around WIP, percentage-of-completion, job costing, month-end close, project financials, and team leadership.

Experience with AIA billing, subcontractor accounting, Procore, Sage 300, or another construction ERP is highly valued.

This role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, and we are very open to candidates interested in relocating to South Florida. xevrcyc
