Job Title : Senior Project Engineer (Construction/Utilities) Location: Lebanon, Indiana | Onsite 5–6 days per week Contract: Initial 12 months Package: Competitive W2 hourly rate up to $3,500 per month in reimbursable expenses I am seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support site infrastructure and utilities delivery on a major pharmaceutical construction project. Responsibilities: • Coordinate contractors, engineering teams and suppliers, driving technical and commercial issues to closure. • Review designs, monitor installed work and resolve constructability issues. • Support budget tracking, change management and contractor progress reviews. • Prepare construction turnover packages and coordinate walkthroughs and project documentation. Experience required: • 10 years of relevant construction experience, or 5 years with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field. • Strong understanding of civil works, infrastructure and utility systems. • Experience with contractor coordination, design reviews and construction turnover. • Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills. Typically 50 hours per week with 6:00am starts. Flexibility for weekend and off-hours work is required. Interested?
