Corporate Tax Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ | Fully Onsite

Compensation: Up to $130K + Bonus

An excellent opportunity to join a large, publicly traded company! We're looking for an experienced tax professional with strong ASC 740 / income tax provision experience to join a collaborative corporate tax team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740).


• Support corporate tax compliance and financial reporting.


• Review tax calculations, reconciliations, and supporting workpapers.


• Manage and mentor two Senior Tax Accountants.


• Work closely with the Director of Tax on tax reporting, planning, and special projects.

Qualifications

• CPA required.


• 5+ years of tax experience.


• Strong ASC 740 / income tax provision experience required.


• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred; other national and regional public accounting backgrounds considered.


• Experience with publicly traded companies preferred.


• Open to current Tax Managers or strong Tax Seniors ready for the next step.
