Client Service Associate

Derby, KS | In-Person | $65,000 - $75,000 /yr + Annual Bonus | Full-Time

A well established and growing, employee-focused wealth management firm with a collaborative team that cares about their people is hiring a Client Service Associate. You will be the go-to service partner for private wealth advisors and their clients, delivering responsive support and a consistently great client experience while building your own career with strong training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage existing client relationships by processing requests, resolving inquiries, and keeping client information current


• Take a proactive, solutions-based approach to strengthening client relationships


• Onboard new clients by gathering data and financial statements and training them on digital tools


• Drive client retention through proactive outreach and documented follow-up


• Work with the investment, compliance, planning, and advisor teams to deliver a seamless client experience


• Support advisors with phones, scheduling, and business travel


• Take part in training and development to stay sharp on policies and procedures

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of similar or related experience preferred


• Series 65 license, or ability to obtain it within 120 days of hire (continued employment is contingent on obtaining it)


• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families


• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and AI tools


• Bachelor’s degree preferred


• A service-first mindset and strong communication skills
