We're seeking a Group Leader to support a major manufacturing operation during an exciting production launch. This role offers the opportunity to lead production teams, drive operational excellence, and make a direct impact on safety, quality, and productivity.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead and supervise 10-30 hourly production employees

✅ Drive safety, quality, and production performance

✅ Manage daily manufacturing operations and workforce planning

✅ Support production launch activities

✅ Coach, develop, and mentor team members

✅ Conduct audits and ensure adherence to standardized work processes

✅ Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and operations teams

✅ Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Experience:

• Manufacturing leadership, Group Leader, Production Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor experience


• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment


• Strong safety and quality management background


• Production planning and problem-solving experience


• Workforce management and employee development experience

Preferred Skills:

• Automotive manufacturing experience
