Recruitment Learning & Development Consultant

Location: Miami-Brickell, FL or Chicago, IL | Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: $60,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Learning & Development team to help train, coach, and develop our recruitment consultants. You will help to design and deliver training programs to teach and support our sales team.

This is an opportunity for someone with a recruitment background to transition into Learning & Development while using the expertise they've built on a recruitment desk.

What You'll Do

• Deliver onboarding and training sessions


• Coach recruiters on business development, candidate management, negotiation, and sales performance


• Support consultants through one-to-one and group coaching


• Partner with managers to improve performance and progression


• Develop training materials and recruitment best practices

Skills & Experience:

• MUST have at least 1 year of experience in 360 Recruitment or Agency Work


• Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and recruitment industry


• Open to learning new tools and innovations to optimize work


• Interest in a career in Learning and Development


• Strong communication, teaching, and relationship-building skills.


• Ability to design blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, e-learning).


• Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring learning impact.

Previous training, teaching, mentoring, or onboarding experience is beneficial but not essential.
