Corporate Accountant

We’re seeking an Accounting Associate to join a finance team supporting a global investment platform. This role offers hands-on exposure to multi-entity accounting, financial reporting, and international operations, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and emerging AI-driven technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support general ledger accounting across multiple domestic and international entities.


• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.


• Handle expense review, accounts payable, and accurate financial coding.


• Prepare internal financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.


• Support audits, regulatory requests, tax filings, and internal control initiatives.


• Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and opportunities to leverage AI and technology.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.


• 2–5 years of corporate accounting experience, or a combination of public and corporate accounting.


• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial close processes.


• Experience with Sage Intacct or a similar accounting system.


• A detail-oriented, proactive professional who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


• Private equity or asset management experience is a plus.
