Attorney - New York Labor Law (Construction Accident) - Senior

Ross Jeffries, LLC seeks to fill the following role for our law firm client:

Competitive compensation for a SENIOR ATTORNEY in the insurance sector.

Our client is a mid-sized national law firm, with core competency in insurance defense work. The successful individual in this role will bring knowledge and hands on experience in New York Labor Law (NYLL) - sections 200, 240, and 241(6). Work independently to manage your assigned dockets and interact with major insurers and their insureds, as well as self insured general contractors and real estate development companies across the construction industry defending claims of construction site accidents.
