We're looking for a Management Trainee who wants to understand how campaigns operate, develop practical business skills, and build a foundation for future leadership responsibilities.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales opportunity where you'll gain experience in campaign execution, team collaboration, and performance-driven business operations.

Where You'll Start

Every successful team needs people who understand the work behind the results. You'll begin by gaining firsthand experience in our promotional campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing clients at promotional events, retail activations, and face-to-face campaigns throughout Charlotte.


• Engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and explaining relevant products and services.


• Answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping customers make informed decisions.


• Supporting customer acquisition and sign-ups while working toward individual and team sales targets.


• Collaborating with colleagues on campaign execution, product knowledge, customer relationships, and performance improvements.

Management starts with understanding how the business works.

Through paid, hands-on training, daily coaching, and guidance from experienced team members, you'll learn how campaigns are delivered, how performance is measured, and how teams achieve their objectives.

As you develop your capabilities and demonstrate consistent results, opportunities may arise to take on additional responsibilities, including training new colleagues, supporting team leadership, and contributing to broader campaign operations.

Progression depends on individual performance and available opportunities.
