A General Manager / HVAC General Manager / Home Services General Manager is required to lead a high-volume HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical service business in Rockledge, Florida, with responsibility for sales performance, operations, profitability and business growth.

This General Manager position offers a base salary of $120,000 - $140,000 plus a $30,000 - $50,000 bonus, alongside significant autonomy to make commercial and operational decisions, supported by an established leadership structure.

The role is suited to an experienced home services leader with a strong background in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, full P&L management and developing high-performing teams. You'll have the opportunity to shape business strategy, improve operational performance and drive revenue growth across multiple service divisions.

The General Manager / HVAC General Manager / Home Services General Manager Role:

• Take full ownership of P&L performance, budgeting, financial forecasting, cost control and overall profitability.


• Lead sales and operational performance across HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical service divisions, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


• Develop and execute strategic business plans, setting measurable performance targets and identifying opportunities for expansion.


• Manage, coach and develop department managers and leadership teams, ensuring accountability and high performance.


• Oversee recruitment, training, staff development and performance management to build effective teams.


• Monitor operational KPIs, resource allocation, service delivery and productivity to improve efficiency and profitability.


• Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve escalated issues and ensure consistently high service standards.


• Work closely with senior leadership to implement business improvements, manage change and maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures.

General Manager / HVAC General Manager / Home Services General Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop teams.


• At least 3 years of P&L management experience, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.


• Proven track record of driving B2C sales growth within the home services industry.


• Experience managing service operations, customer satisfaction, quality control and operational performance.


• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to develop strategies, achieve financial targets and improve profitability.


• Demonstrated experience recruiting, training and developing managers and operational staff.


• Ability to lead organizational change, improve business processes and manage expansion.


• Strong communication, analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
