Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of Civil litigation/premisesliability/construction defect/automobile liability/insurance defense/general liability.
  
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.
  
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  
• Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.
  
• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  
• Admitted to practice law in NY.
  
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage cases independently.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $140,000 -$190,000, plus a strong bonus structure and a very handsome benefits package. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
