About Octane
Octane is a professional learning and medical communications agency working exclusively with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare companies. We help clients build field teams and healthcare professional audiences that perform: commercial sales teams, field medical teams such as MSLs, and the HCPs they engage.
What sets us apart is true adult-learning expertise. We don't just deliver content. We establish a baseline of each audience's mindset and skills, design learning experiences that move them along a defined continuum, and measure the change. Our work spans learning strategy, online and blended learning, virtual, in-person and hybrid workshops, launch and sales training events, reference resources, and medical education for HCPs.
