Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at HRC>AI is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting core HR operations across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include administering employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting with benefits enrollment and changes. The role also involves supporting HR policy implementation, answering employee questions, and helping managers navigate HR procedures in a clear and compliant manner. The specialist collaborates with HR leadership on personnel management activities such as performance cycles, employee relations, and organizational changes, while contributing to process improvements and documentation. This position requires proactive communication with team members in various locations and effective coordination with other business functions.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a remote work environment.
• Experience with HR Management and Personnel Management, including handling employee inquiries, records, and lifecycle events.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the capability to interpret and explain them clearly to team members.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in managing HR documentation and sensitive information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build trust across diverse, distributed teams.
• Comfort with HRIS and other HR-related software; experience with remote collaboration tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in an HR specialist, generalist, or coordinator role is preferred. xevrcyc
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
