Role Description The Licensed Sales Producer will be responsible for advising clients on host of commercial insurance solutions, including commercial auto. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, preparing quotes, explaining coverage options, processing applications, and managing policy changes and renewals. The producer will also handle inbound inquiries, conduct outbound follow-ups, maintain accurate client records, and support ongoing client relationships with attentive service. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members. Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and relationship building. Sales skills, including identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities ethically and effectively. Knowledge of insurance products and terminology, and the ability to explain coverage options in an understandable way. Experience delivering or participating in training related to products, sales practices, or compliance is beneficial. Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Pennsylvania-non-resident licenses is a plus on top of Pennsylvania license. Comfort with using insurance management systems, CRM tools, and standard office software. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt in a small, family-oriented business environment. Prior experience in an insurance agency or financial services setting is a plus.
